Samson Equities founder Achi Adamit was bred for real estate.  Some years ago Achi's father (in his 50's and with no prior experience) managed to build a small portfolio of rentals in upstate New York which ultimately led to a comfortable retirement…  

Not so fast.  

The harsh reality is that properties need to be managed in perpetuity, otherwise they will fall apart.  Having worked during high school summers renovating college rentals, and as a licensed agent in Manhattan during 

college and subsequent years, Achi's involvement in these projects steadily grew, and in a matter of a few short years, has transformed into property ownership resulting in a renewed appreciation for solid property management.  

Achi has seen too many times properties being neglected by management and vowed to watch each property as if it were his own.

And with that, Samson Equities was born.
